  There is Hondo(a main hall)

In 1293 , a Jishū temple was built, inviting Ikko as its first chief priest . It is said to have been built as a memorial for those who died in the Great Kamakura Earthquake that occurred in 1293 .

There are two temples called Raikoji temples in Kamakura. They are located in Zaimokuza and  Nishimikado .

The " Great Kamakura Earthquake " is said to have been an earthquake with its epicenter in the Kamakura area, with 23,000 deaths. The area around Nishi-Mikado, where Raikoji Temple is located, suffered particularly heavy damage.

Ikko... A monk from the Kamakura period who popularized dancing nembutsu .

In the ④ "Nyoirin Kannon bodhisattva" statue, you can seeⒶ realistic " clothing " and " jeweled eyes " . Ⓑ You can also see the unique Kamakura feature of Domon( soil pattern),which is a three-dimensional expression of clothing made by making a mold with clay and lacquer .
