There is Hondo(a main hall)

The year it was built is unknown.
When Komyo-ji Temple was the " highest place of learning for monks ," Senju-in" was " one of the monastic quarters" where the learned monks practiced their training .② This monastic quarters became a temple and became " Senju-in temple."

During the Edo period, as the number of learned monks decreased, Terakoya( temple schoo)l was established to teach reading and writing to children from the neighborhood. In the Meiji period (1882-1896), there was also a Kuwaba Elementary School.
