This is the approach that continues from the "Entrance to Enoshima" to Enoshima Shrine.
On both sides of the approach are shopping streets with inns, restaurants, souvenir shops, and more.
It is designed so that you can naturally worship at the shrine by walking along the approach.

There is a bronze torii gate at the entrance to Enoshima.
This torii gate was built in 1747.
The current torii gate was rebuilt in 1821.
It is a cultural property of the city.
