This is a branch of Yamayasu, a long-established dried fish store in Odawara that was founded 150 years ago.

They sell a lot of dried fish caught in the seas around Kamakura.
They make the dried fish directly from the factory.　
So you can buy the dried fish cheaply.

You can buy everything from high-quality dried fish to cheap dried fish that is damaged or small in size.

There is a binchotan charcoal shichirin grill at the entrance of the store.

There you can "grill" the dried fish cut into bite-sized pieces and sample it yourself.
This allows you to check the taste before purchasing the dried fish.
